Description:
This program covers key topics for passing PMI’s project management certification based on PMI’s “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge” (PMBOK®) Third Edition. It focuses on the difficult areas of the exam and covers sample questions and testing techniques. It assumes attendees have basic project management skills and are within 3 months of taking the PMP® exam. Each participant will receive a copy of the PMBOK® Guide Third Edition, a comprehensive study guide and sample tests.
Target Audience:
Experienced project managers who are within 3 months of taking the PMP® Exam. Project managers should already be familiar with Project Scheduling, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Network Diagrams.
Project managers should meet PMI’s experience requirements for PMP® certification. (See www.pmi.org for current requirements.)

Objectives:
